1. Policy Statement: At Brandari Limited we actively ensure equal opportunities and fairness in our employment practices. We rigorously follow the principles of equality as outlined in the Equality Act 2010. 2. Scope: This policy covers all employees, encompassing part-time, full-time, contractual, and temporary staff, as well as job applicants.

3. Objectives:

6. Monitoring and Review: We will regularly monitor this policy for its effectiveness and update it in response to legislative changes or shifts in business practices. We very much encourage Employee feedback.

7. Responsibility for the Policy: As the business owner, I commit to implementing and monitoring this policy, which will undergo an annual review.
